Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of technical experience, preferably in telecommunications or related fields. Proficient with basic hand tools and technical equipment for cable installation. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
