Sentenia Systems, Inc. is hiring a skilled Cable Technician in Boston, MA. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to work in the telecommunications industry, focusing on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems for internet, TV, and phone services. Key Responsibilities Install, test, and repair cable lines for internet, television, and phone systems. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure cable infrastructure operates optimally. Troubleshoot and resolve customer cable service issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute cable installation projects. Accurately document service calls and maintenance activities in company systems. Maintain inventory of tools and materials required for installation and repairs. Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client concerns and inquiries. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years experience in a technical role, preferably in telecommunications or related fields. Familiarity with hand tools and technical equipment used in cable installation. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
