Location: Remote (must be local to Mesa, AZ) — Training Onsite, then Remote
Schedule (post-training, EST): Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday 9am–5:30pm

Join Sourabh's client Call Center team supporting shareholders, brokers, and institutional clients! This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills seeking growth in the financial services industry.

Job Duties:

• Answer inbound calls from shareholders and prospective shareholders with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure account verification procedures are strictly followed
• Respond to account and procedural inquiries such as balances, closing prices, portfolio performance, and quotes
• Actively listen, identify client needs, and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain shareholder accounts using internal systems
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and keep management informed of client feedback
• Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary
• Complete ongoing training to stay current on financial markets and instruments

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficient keyboarding/typing skills (formal training is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in Financial Services

Compensation: $16.5 per hour
