Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork. Monitor cargo movements and proactively update clients and stakeholders on status and potential delays. Resolve logistics issues and complaints promptly, providing effective support. Collaborate with transportation companies and warehouses to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using logistics software systems. Analyze shipping methods regularly and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2-4 years proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding roles. Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency with logistics software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
