Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving of cargo, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Prepare essential shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork. Monitor cargo movements and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders regarding status and delays. Resolve logistics issues and complaints promptly, delivering effective support. Collaborate with transportation companies and warehouses to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using logistics software systems. Analyze shipping methods regularly and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding roles. Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency with logistics software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred certifications in logistics or supply chain management.
