Logistics & Shipping Coordinator / Warehouse Manager in Chester, PA

Pharma Resource Group Inc. is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate (Logistics) to manage receiving, sampling, inventory control, and shipping within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical and chemical environment in Chester, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities Receive, sample, store, and ship APIs and supplies following SOPs and client requirements Manage receipts, inventory, and shipments using Oracle and site scheduling tools Support IATA/DOT-compliant hazardous material shipments with provided training and certification Coordinate shipments with couriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate inventory records, daily logs, and cleaning documentation Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely; assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness Adhere strictly to cGMP, safety, PPE, and gowning procedures at all times Assist with audits, inspections, and general warehouse operations as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a regulated or GMP environment Experience with inventory systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, Oracle preferred) Strong multitasking ability, independence, and deadline orientation Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods Compensation: $25 per hour, full-time position based in Chester, PA. This role is not eligible for remote work.
