Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Recruit , train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork. Manage patient scheduling and treatment plans to optimize therapy outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to assess center productivity and quality of care. Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence. What We're Looking For Required: Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team effectively. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Certified Clinical Specialist in a relevant specialty.
