Shift: Mid, Night, or Morning (Flexible) Pay: $18 - $21 per hour Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff. Support patients during meals and ensure nutritional needs are met. Engage patients to promote emotional well-being and mental health. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plan discussions. Document patient interactions and care accurately and thoroughly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Nursing Assistant credential valid in Rhode Island. Patient care experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, empathy, and patient engagement skills. Familiarity with basic medical terminology and healthcare practices. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in healthcare settings.
