Job description
Capleo Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. This contract role offers a dynamic environment where you will provide essential patient care and support within a collaborative clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records to ensure seamless continuity of care. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care techniques. Support clinical procedures as directed by registered nurses and physicians. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies. Exhibit strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active LPN license valid in New Mexico. At least 1 year of nursing experience in clinical or healthcare settings preferred. Solid knowledge of patient care standards and clinical procedures. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is advantageous. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) highly preferred.
