Kaamdhenu Agrotrade is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This full-time role involves managing civil engineering projects through planning, execution, and operations phases, contributing to impactful infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution and operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Implement cost control and quality assurance measures throughout project lifecycles. Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Lead multidisciplinary teams with effective communication and guidance to achieve project objectives. Identify and resolve issues during project phases using strong problem-solving skills. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Required and Preferred Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Proven experience in Project Management, Site Supervision, and Cost Control. Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance. Proficiency in technical drawing and resource management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering project experience preferred.
