Join a supportive team as a Cleaner in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help maintain clean, hygienic, and welcoming facilities for staff and visitors. No previous cleaning experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and other areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling according to sustainability policies.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas, including surfaces and appliances.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management.
• Help track cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Work with team members to prioritize and complete cleaning tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A positive, friendly attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• No prior experience required; training is provided.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Facility Manager and work alongside approachable, supportive colleagues to maintain cleanliness throughout the facilities.

Pay and Employment

Pay: 7000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa.
