Key Responsibilities Operate Code 10 or 14 vehicles safely, complying with all traffic laws and safety standards. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to guarantee safety and proper functioning. Load and unload cargo, securing it properly for transport. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and hours of service. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding routes and delays. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues. Deliver goods punctually to various locations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate (high school diploma) is mandatory. Valid Code 10 or 14 driver’s license. Proven driving experience with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs is advantageous. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred but not required.
