MR MASEKO is hiring a full-time Code 14 Driver Trainer in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa. Help prepare the next generation of professional drivers through practical instruction, skills assessment, and a strong focus on road safety. This is an on-site role with a monthly pay amount of 22000.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training for new Code 14 drivers, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
• Monitor trainee progress, assess driving skills, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials and programs for different driving categories.
• Keep training aligned with current driving regulations and industry standards.
• Work with management to plan training that meets the organization’s changing needs.
• Lead practical driving sessions and help trainees operate vehicles safely and confidently.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve methods where needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Proven experience providing driver training, particularly for Code 14 vehicles.
• Valid Code 14 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Three to five years of experience in a driving or training role.
• Driver-training and safety certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with current training technologies and software is preferred.
