Stay current with driving regulations and align training programs with industry standards. Collaborate with management to design strategic training plans addressing organizational needs. Facilitate practical driving sessions to build trainee confidence and competence. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) certificate is mandatory. Proven experience in Code 14 driver training. Valid Code 14 driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective instruction. Preferred certifications in driver training and safety practices.
