Position Overview: We are actively hiring Collection Experts to engage with customers regarding delinquent accounts. Your role will involve providing solutions that benefit both consumers and the organizations we serve by offering advice, options, and repayment plans. Work Schedule: No weekends or evenings required. Open availability needed from 8am to 6pm PST. Training hours are 8am to 5pm PST. Remote Work Potential: Eligible for remote work after 90 days based on performance (not guaranteed). Compensation: Starting pay is $17.50 per hour plus monthly commission opportunities.
