We are expanding our footprint into Houston, Texas and seeking enthusiastic, part-time Community Operations Ambassadors to champion our brand locally. Position Overview As a Community Operations Ambassador, you will be the local face and voice of The Laundry Basket® in Houston. This role involves representing the brand at community events, networking functions, and laundromat partner locations, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and brand standards. Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting businesses with their communities. Key Responsibilities Represent The Laundry Basket® at local community events, networking meetups, and activation campaigns. Monitor laundromat partner locations to maintain brand standards including cleanliness, signage, and customer service quality. Act as a liaison between customers, laundromat partners, and the main office to facilitate smooth communication. Support local marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials. Collect, document, and report customer feedback to improve service quality. Document visits and events with photos and concise written summaries. Qualifications & Requirements Must reside in Houston, Texas. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends. Previous experience in customer service, retail, events, or promotions preferred. Ability to work independently with weekly check-ins. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour based on experience. Part-time role offering 5 to 10 hours per week.
