Colombia Livestream Agency Recruitment & Growth Manager in Bogotá

LightRecruiters is seeking a dynamic Recruitment & Growth Manager to lead talent acquisition for our Colombia Livestream Agency based in Santa Fé, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive recruitment strategies that support our company’s growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Build relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies to enhance sourcing.
• Conduct training sessions for hiring managers to improve interviewing and recruitment efficiency.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support strategic decisions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.

This role reports directly to the HR Director and works closely with department heads within a lean, agile team structure.

Location: Santa Fé, Bogotá D.C., Colombia

Salary: $1500 per month
