Role Overview

Sales Roles Available Across the Pipeline
We are building a comprehensive sales team and hiring for multiple positions:
- Lead Generators / Prospectors
- Source qualified leads through cold outreach, scraping, and inbound follow-ups
- Book appointments and maintain CRM data accuracy
- Appointment Setters
- Qualify leads and schedule calls
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Closers
- Conduct sales calls and convert prospects into paying clients
- Handle objections and structure deals
- Account Managers / Upsell Agents
- Manage client relationships post-sale
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue
- Ensure client retention and repeat business
Compensation
This position offers a 100% commission-based pay structure with high earning potential. The pay amount is 18,000 ZAR per month based on performance.
Location & Work Environment
