Key Responsibilities

• Match colors accurately for a range of paint products, maintaining consistency across formulations.
• Operate and maintain paint-mixing machinery.
• Apply color theory and visual matching techniques to assess and adjust samples.
• Work with quality control to investigate and resolve color discrepancies.
• Document color formulations and adjustments for future reference.
• Collaborate with product development on new formulations informed by market trends.
• Attend training to stay current with industry standards and color-matching technology.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in paint mixing or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of related experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of color theory, machine operation, and visual color matching.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with relevant paint and coatings software or tools is an advantage.
