Key Responsibilities Perform precise color matching for various paint products to ensure consistency and accuracy. Operate and maintain paint mixing machinery efficiently. Apply color theory and eye matching techniques to evaluate and adjust color samples. Collaborate with quality control to resolve color matching discrepancies. Document and report color formulations and adjustments for future use. Work with product development to create new color formulations based on market trends. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and color matching technology. Required and Preferred Qualifications Apprenticeship in Paint Mixing or equivalent experience. Strong skills in color theory and machine operation. Excellent eye matching ability and attention to detail. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
