Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise color matching for various paint products, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain paint mixing machinery efficiently.
• Apply color theory and eye matching techniques to evaluate and adjust color samples.
• Collaborate with quality control to resolve color discrepancies.
• Document and report color formulations and adjustments for future reference.
• Work with product development to create new color formulations aligned with market trends.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and color matching technologies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in Paint Mixing or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in color theory and machine operation.
• Excellent eye matching ability with great attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with paint and coatings industry software/tools is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
