Key Responsibilities Distribute hoodies, jackets, and food packages efficiently to community members in need, ensuring equitable access. Engage warmly and respectfully with recipients to foster trust and positive community relations. Coordinate with team members at the designated meetup point to organize outreach routes and logistics. Maintain accurate records of distributed items to support inventory tracking and reporting. Assist in setting up and breaking down outreach stations to ensure smooth event operations. Promote Quick Collect’s mission and community values through positive interactions and teamwork. Adhere to safety protocols and local health guidelines during all outreach activities. Provide feedback and suggestions post-event to improve future outreach efforts. What We're Looking For Required: Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Reliable punctuality and commitment to the event date and time. Basic organizational skills to assist with inventory and distribution tracking. No prior formal experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
