In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards in a dynamic urban environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements. Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, adapting as needed to meet objectives. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and monitor progress. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety and building code compliance. Prepare comprehensive project status reports highlighting progress, risks, and budget updates for stakeholders. Implement effective risk management strategies to prevent and mitigate project challenges. Lead project meetings to foster teamwork, address challenges, and ensure project milestones are met. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in urban settings like NYC. Strong project management skills with a successful track record. Proficiency in industry-standard project management software and tools. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred. Compensation: $90,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, on-site in New York City (remote work not eligible).
