Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with department heads. Supervise bank statement reconciliations and necessary adjustments to maintain account accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll processing. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, and advanced Excel skills.
