Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues and escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Educate customers on product features and benefits to ensure maximum value. Collaborate closely with team members to share insights and improve service quality. Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and service enhancements. Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and contribute to process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
