Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. Provide detailed product information, assist with order processing, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to ensure accurate communication. Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up. Identify and suggest opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer concerns and improve service processes. Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management for timely resolution. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer focus with empathy and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and related customer service tools. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles preferred. Knowledge of customer service metrics and performance indicators is advantageous. As part of our team, you will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and collaborate with sales and technical support departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role is based in Indore and is not eligible for remote work. Salary: ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-time
