Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide effective solutions to customer issues ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain and update accurate customer information in the database. Document customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently and timely. Collaborate with team members to improve and promote customer care initiatives. Assist in training new employees on customer service protocols and database management. Continuously evaluate and improve service procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in customer service or support roles preferred. Familiarity with database management and data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred. As part of our enthusiastic team, you will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer care. This role is based in Coimbatore and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: ₹13,000 per month.
