Company is hiring a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager for our KYC (Know Your Customer) Department based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships while ensuring strict compliance with KYC regulations in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to meet and exceed customer expectations. Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence to verify identities and assess risks per regulatory standards. Provide prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and KYC documentation using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve compliance challenges. Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and KYC compliance for management. Stay updated on evolving KYC regulations and best practices to mitigate compliance risks. Required and Preferred Qualifications Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) required; additional education in related fields is advantageous. Proven experience in customer relationship management or related roles. Strong knowledge of KYC compliance and regulatory frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in customer service principles and CRM software is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management roles is desirable.
