Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed support and recommendations. Document and track customer interactions using CRM systems to ensure clear communication and follow-up. Collaborate with team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services. Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team goals to boost customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong team orientation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. The salary is $40,000 per year.
