In this full-time role, you will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets to identify meaningful trends and patterns. Utilize SQL to manage and query databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and data engineers to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions. Present data findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in clear, understandable formats. Engage in research to improve data collection methods and optimize reporting processes. Monitor and evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives, adjusting analyses as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Proficiency in Data Analysis, SQL, R, and experience with healthcare data. Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role preferred.
