TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst in Waxhaw, North Carolina to collect, process, and analyze data that drives key business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to support company growth. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business strategies Support business teams with data-driven recommendations and presentations Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data management Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required to address business questions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Knowledge of Python or R programming is a plus Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in business intelligence or analytics roles Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States (On-site, not remote) Compensation: $5,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time
