Role: Senior Data Scientist Duration: 6 months + contract Location: Remote (EST hours) - United States Role Type: Individual Contributor (Business-Facing) Overview Join Nadeem Ehsan as a Senior Data Scientist on a critical contract supporting GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives. This business-facing role focuses on analytics-driven development and operationalization of lead scoring and propensity-to-buy machine learning models that directly impact revenue teams. This is not a product engineering position. The ideal candidate has strong machine learning expertise, excellent business communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align data science solutions with business objectives. Develop, refine, and operationalize lead scoring, propensity-to-buy, and other commercial ML models using Salesforce, third-party, and enterprise data sources. Maintain and improve existing machine learning models to ensure stability and enhanced performance. Produce clear business and technical documentation including data flows, customer archetypes, model outputs, and actionable analytical insights. Communicate complex model results and data insights in simple, non-technical language tailored for business stakeholders. Work with external data vendors to evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party datasets. Quickly understand existing data pipelines and contribute independently to ongoing projects. Qualifications Proven experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models in business contexts. Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Experience working with Salesforce data and third-party data providers preferred.
