Job description
Velovox Infotech is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Dallas, Texas team. This full-time role offers an annual salary of $130,000 and plays a critical part in advancing our IT service management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications tailored to business needs.
- Customize ServiceNow interfaces and backend using JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow via REST APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
- Ensure solutions comply with ITIL best practices and company standards.
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles to meet project deadlines.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, including UI and backend scripting.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and REST API integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks is mandatory.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Previous ServiceNow Developer experience preferred.
