Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and materials efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients warmly, taking detailed medical histories, and ensuring their comfort throughout visits. Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental tools following strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. Manage dental materials and medications in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies. What We're Looking For Required: Diploma in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution, demonstrating foundational knowledge of dental procedures. Proven skills in patient care with a clear understanding of dental treatment protocols. Experience in sterilization processes and handling dental equipment safely and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and team members. Preferred: Relevant certifications in dental assisting to enhance clinical competencies.
