Collaborate closely with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaign performance and maintain competitive advantage. Provide regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior technical or digital marketing experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Basic familiarity or willingness to learn email marketing software and social media platform management. Strong motivation to learn and develop online marketing skills regardless of age or background. Preferred: Demonstrated interest or some experience in content creation for digital platforms. Ability to manage multiple social media accounts such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team of over 57,000 members.
