Randstad Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Americas Channel Sales to lead our channel sales strategy across North America. This full-time role is based in Newark, New Jersey, within the technology sector, focusing on innovative business solutions that drive growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share throughout the Americas. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage the sales pipeline and implement effective lead generation strategies to boost channel engagement. Analyze channel partner performance regularly to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to equip partners with essential tools and resources. Provide training and mentorship to sales teams and channel partners on product knowledge and sales tactics. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel sales growth and success. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-7+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in technology solutions. Proven success in developing and managing channel sales strategies. Strong knowledge of channel sales dynamics and partnership building.
