Senior Sales Executive – Construction Equipment Location: Alexandria, MN Full-time | In-office Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead and scale a high-performing sales organization of 30+ sales and support staff. This is a succession role with long-term ownership of the sales function and strong involvement in company strategy alongside senior leadership and private equity stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a large sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability Own sales forecasting, pipeline predictability, and KPI performance Drive sales process compliance, training, and performance management Partner with operations, finance, and marketing on demand planning and go-to-market strategies Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 10–15+ years of extensive sales leadership experience managing 30+ sales and support staff Proven track record of profitable sales revenue growth Strong expertise in sales forecasting and revenue predictability 5–10+ years of recent experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of NetSuite and Global Shop preferred Mandatory: 7–10 years of recent sales experience in the construction equipment or skid loader industry Compensation: $135,000 per year Work Location: Alexandria, Minnesota – This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote eligibility.
