Drivers and General Workers – Germiston, Gauteng

Imperial logistics is hiring full-time Drivers and General Workers in Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa. This hands-on logistics role combines safe goods transportation with loading, unloading, stock handling, and general operational support. Previous driving or general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles safely to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Load and unload shipments to support timely deliveries.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate tasks with team members and communicate logistics updates.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with manual labor, stock handling, and other general duties.
• Promptly report incidents and safety concerns to a supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• At least Grade 10 education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Driving skills, effective communication, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous driving or general labor experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with GPS and basic logistics software is an advantage.
