Key Responsibilities Analyze client business needs and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to optimize customer engagement and operational workflows. Provide comprehensive technical support and training to clients and internal staff, ensuring seamless adoption and proficient use of CRM systems. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, including a strong understanding of ERP integrations. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Preferred: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related technologies. Experience in technical support roles or CRM consulting within technology or business services sectors.
