John is seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania team full-time. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that drive client success and enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and design customized CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules tailored to user needs. Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize CRM platform adoption and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve CRM processes. Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Create and maintain documentation for CRM configurations and system updates to support knowledge sharing. Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM consulting, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with related tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent credentials.
