Compensation This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 per year , plus quarterly commissions based on online enhanced order performance, and a year-end bonus tied to overall growth. Top performers can earn between $300,000 and $350,000 annually . Main Responsibilities Website Management: Maintain and update product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotions to ensure a seamless user experience. SEO/SEM Campaigns: Lead and optimize organic and paid search initiatives across platforms like Google Ads and Meta to drive qualified traffic. Conversion Optimization: Enhance the customer journey to increase wholesale order conversions on the website. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics and GA4 to inform strategy adjustments. Local Market Focus: Strategically grow digital conversions specifically from the West Palm Beach market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely onsite with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
