We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize our order management, inventory control, and logistics operations. This full-time role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your strategic insights will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee order management processes ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment. Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce losses. Coordinate logistics operations for efficient product transportation and delivery. Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to enhance product offerings and service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance highlighting key success metrics and growth areas. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar capacity. Proficiency in order management, inventory control, logistics, and e-commerce analytics. Strong skills in vendor relations management. Familiarity with analytics and operations management software tools. As part of our motivated team, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role is based in Kolkata and is not eligible for remote work.
