This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality construction projects by delivering precise earthwork cost estimations that are vital for project foundations. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate earthwork estimates for construction projects. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to define project scope and material needs. Use AgTek software for cost analysis, estimation, and bid preparation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and clarify scope. Track project costs and ensure budget alignment throughout project phases. Participate in project meetings to address changes, progress, and challenges related to earthwork estimates. Develop and maintain estimating databases and templates to improve proposal efficiency and consistency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proficiency with AgTek or similar estimating software. 3-5 years of experience estimating earthwork or related construction fields. Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Relevant certifications in construction management or estimation are a plus.
