Key Responsibilities Design and develop circuit layouts and schematics for diverse electrical systems. Conduct simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and resolve technical issues. Test and analyze new prototypes, document findings, and recommend improvements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns. Participate in project meetings to review timelines, progress, and resource allocation. Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong experience in circuit design and electrical system analysis. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other industry-standard software tools. Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical engineering experience preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or intent to obtain is a plus.
