This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead engineering projects that drive innovation and technical excellence, impacting clients and communities alike. Key Responsibilities Manage engineering project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks effectively. Facilitate communication among clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Lead project meetings to review status, resolve challenges, and maintain focus on organizational goals. Apply technical expertise to deliver engineering solutions that enhance project performance. Oversee project budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing industry best practices and innovations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles. Strong communication, technical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.
