This position focuses on delivering expert technical support for enterprise computer systems, hardware, and software to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide expert support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems to ensure peak performance. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory to maintain secure user access and permissions. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues promptly. Respond efficiently to user inquiries and technical problems. Document all support activities and resolutions clearly and thoroughly. Assist with installation and configuration of new hardware and software components. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11 environments. Experience managing Active Directory services. Strong network troubleshooting skills. Previous experience in enterprise IT support preferred. This role requires close collaboration with IT Managers, Network Engineers, and Systems Administrators to ensure seamless support delivery.
