Participate in ongoing professional training to enhance nursing skills and clinical knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut is mandatory. Proven expertise in patient assessment and medication administration. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Experience working in diverse clinical settings is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred. This role involves working in a collaborative healthcare team environment, reporting directly to the nursing supervisor.
