Key Responsibilities Manage and organize executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel plans efficiently. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date files and records promptly. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Assist in coordinating projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met through strong organization. Handle customer inquiries with excellent service and clear communication. Support ad hoc tasks and special projects to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in data entry and electronic filing system management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. 1-3 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles preferred.
