Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Assist in coordinating projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met through effective organization. Handle customer inquiries with excellent service and efficient communication skills. Support ad hoc tasks and special projects to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Experience in data entry and managing electronic filing systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. 1-3 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles preferred.
