Budget Locksmith of New Mexico is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Locksmith to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will ensure the security and accessibility of commercial properties through expert locksmith services. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks, including electronic and high-security systems. Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations to assist clients efficiently. Evaluate security needs and recommend effective locksmith solutions tailored to commercial clients. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on locks and access control systems to ensure optimal functionality. Work closely with clients to guarantee satisfaction and address specific security requirements. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory usage for accounting and reporting. Provide clients with guidance on lock maintenance and security best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2–3 years of commercial locksmith experience preferred. Proficient with locksmith tools and techniques, including electronic lock systems. Familiarity with industry certifications such as ALOA is a plus. Experience with safe combination changes is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
