Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Piscataway, NJ

Join Brittany as an Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Piscataway, New Jersey. We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic ABA/RBT Therapist to provide 1:1 support to our client during evening sessions focused on communication, cooperation, and behavior-support routines. What You’ll Do Implement structured ABA programs targeting communication, early learning, and behavior reduction Collect and chart data during every session to track progress Follow BCBA guidance and actively participate in supervision meetings Support parent carryover and integrate therapy into daily routines Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication at all times Schedule Evening sessions: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, three days per week (consistent block) Saturday sessions: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Requirements Active RBT Certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days Experience working with young children on the autism spectrum preferred Reliable transportation to client’s home and daycare settings Comfortable working in both home and daycare environments Why Join Us Consistent hours with one stable client for focused impact Opportunities for extended hours and professional growth Supportive BCBA team providing guidance and mentorship Meaningful work that directly contributes to a child’s progress Compensation: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience, certification, and performance.
