Path of Purpose is hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Facility Manager in Pasadena, CA. Key Responsibilities Manage daily facility operations ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. Support and coordinate staff in delivering individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide hands-on training in behavior analysis and de-escalation techniques. Monitor client progress and modify programs to meet evolving goals. Facilitate effective communication among staff, clients, and families. Lead regular team meetings to promote collaboration and resolve operational issues. Report facility performance, client outcomes, and staff development needs to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; RBT certification strongly preferred. 1-3 years experience in behavior analysis or related field. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Strong empathy and expertise in de-escalation techniques. Familiarity with behavior analysis software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and work varied hours.
