Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records for multiple departments, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently to optimize team productivity and resource allocation. Assist in preparing detailed reports and documentation that support decision-making and project tracking. Handle communications with external stakeholders promptly, facilitating problem resolution and maintaining strong professional relationships. Support project coordinators by managing administrative tasks related to ongoing healthcare initiatives, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to provide seamless operational support and enhance workflow efficiency. Monitor and review data for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to uphold quality standards. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
