Key Responsibilities Administer diverse massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy techniques. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and specific wellness needs. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment area at all times. Stay informed about the latest spa therapies and innovations to enhance client services. Educate clients on post-treatment wellness and skincare routines. Work collaboratively with the spa team to create and promote special packages and offers. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while ensuring client confidentiality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with hands-on expertise in multiple massage modalities. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various skin types. Relevant massage therapy certifications preferred. Familiarity with spa management software is an advantage. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar spa therapist role. As part of our skilled spa team, you will report directly to the Spa Manager and collaborate closely with therapists and support staff to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
