Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations ensuring top-quality service and cleanliness. Manage, train, and schedule staff to maintain high standards in massage techniques and customer service. Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally to boost satisfaction. Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for spa products and supplies. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Monitor financial performance and apply cost-effective measures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; massage therapy certification preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a spa or wellness center. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with spa management software and inventory tools. Work closely with a skilled team of massage therapists and support staff, reporting directly to upper management and contributing to strategic planning for service excellence.
