This full-time role is essential to sourcing and recruiting top talent to enhance our workforce efficiency and operational success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to steel plant operational needs. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to maintain high recruitment standards. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Lead salary negotiations and communicate offers aligned with company policies. Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate databases for reporting. Collaborate with operations management to align recruitment with workforce demands. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven recruitment experience in industrial sectors, preferably steel operations. Strong skills in sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and onboarding. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
